- Architected a cloud-native platform on AWS ECS Fargate (Node/Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL) with automated staging-to-production CI/CD.
- Built the protected-trade backbone: payments held until the buyer has the item, a gateway with automatic failover, seller payouts, and a warehouse intake flow that checks each item before release.
- Encoded Indian marketplace tax rules (TDS, GST TCS) into payout and invoice logic.
- Built an AI moderation pipeline that routes uncertain cases to human review instead of hard-rejecting.
- Made the AI layer fail open: every external inference call is flag-gated, capped and degrades to a local path, so cost spikes or outages never block users.
- Set up cross-cloud auth (AWS ECS to Google Vertex) with Workload Identity Federation, so no long-lived keys exist.
- Shipped three native Android apps in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose (customer, staff and admin) plus a mobile-first web app, with Hindi and Hinglish voice onboarding.
